In accordance with its duty under section 2(3a) of the health and safety at wok act 1974 and infulfilling its obligations to both employees and the public who may be affected by its activities, the directors of screen security ltd have produced the following statements of policy of health and safety.
It is the aim of the company so far as it is practicable to ensure that,
The working environment of all employees is safe and with out risk to health and that adequate provisions are made with regard to the facilities and the arrangements for their welfare at work.
The provision and maintenance of equipment and systems of work are safe and with out risk to health.
Those persons who are not in our employ. Who may be affected by our activities is not exposed to their health and safety.
Information, instruction training and supervision are provided as necessary, to secure the health and safety at work of all employees.
Arrangements for the use, handling storage and transportation of articles and substances for the use at work is safe and without risk to health.
There is suitable provision for the safe access and egress to and from, all working areas.
The directors have direct concern for this policy and afford Health and safety matters equal priority to other management functions within the company.Screen security ltd employees are reminded of the legal requirements to ensure that the company’s Health and safety policy is observed in particular, they are required.
To take reasonable care for their own Health and safety at work and for those who mat be affected their actions, or by their neglect.
